The 2011 Seniors Annual Xmas Partners Evening and Dinner was enjoyed by all who attended.

The game against the Ladies was played on Monday 26 September, 7 pairs were scheduled unfortunately the Seniors were one player light.  Nevertheless in close competition the result was 5 – 2 in favour of the Seniors. The dinner after was enjoyed by all.

The Welsh tour was enjoyed by a small group of our Seniors but a trip up the canal for the “explorers” was more stressful than anticipated. Selection of the Captain of the vessel proved difficult and left the voyagers without a smile between them.

Guess who was made Captain of the Vessel

The appointment of the Captain and First Mate and the introduction of a Naval Consultant provided relief for the anxious Crew.

What happened to the other crew members and why the laughter, there are no ripples in the water.
